Personal data processing policy
Version dated 10 October 2026
Short practice cards keep saved identifiers and the last opened practice in this browser only, under power-circle-house-v1. These cards do not ask for personal answers. The catalogue offers a clear-storage control.

This policy describes data processing when using powercircle.life and contacting the editorial team. The principal regulatory act is Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What data and why
| Situation | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry | Name, contact details, message content | Responding to and reviewing the request |
| Sign-in and programme | Email, account identifier, completion marks, intention and final notes | Sign-in, saving and synchronising progress |
| Expert questionnaire | Name, photo or a link to it, description of work, experience, city, languages, public links and a contact for the editorial team, consent information | Reviewing the application and agreeing on the profile |
| Publication | Only separately authorised profile or testimonial information | Publication on agreed resources |
| Technical operation | IP address, browser information, time and requested page, to the extent processed by the infrastructure | Page delivery, security and error diagnosis |
Do not include diagnoses, information about your intimate life, passport details or other people’s data in questionnaires or journal entries. The website is not intended to collect special categories of personal data or identify people from photographs.
3. Grounds and methods of processing
Depending on the particular operation, the grounds are separate consent, performance of an agreement at the user’s request, or a statutory obligation. Only the data needed for the stated purpose is processed, using automated and non-automated methods: collection, recording, storage, use, updating and deletion. Public dissemination requires separate grounds and agreement.
Browsing the website, filling in a field and accepting the terms of use do not replace separate consent where it is required. Contact details provided only for the editorial team are not published in the expert profile.
4. Services and processing location
The current programme version uses browser localStorage and Supabase for accounts and cloud progress. The expert questionnaire is hosted on Google Forms; the embedded form loads after a button is clicked. The website is hosted on Timeweb. Fonts and software libraries may load from external domains. With such requests, external services receive technical connection information.
Connecting a foreign service does not mean that its databases are located in Russia. This policy does not confirm Russian localisation of the current Google Forms and Supabase configuration or infrastructure logs. Collection of data on citizens of the Russian Federation must comply with Part 5 of Article 18 of Law No. 152-FZ; user consent alone does not replace localisation. Where cross-border transfer is permitted, the requirements of Article 12 of that law apply separately.
The controller must ensure that the actual processing arrangements comply with these requirements. This policy discloses the services in use and does not confirm completion of any technical or registration review.
5. Retention periods
Data is retained for the period necessary for the particular purpose and established by applicable rules. Enquiries are retained until review is complete; questionnaires until a publication decision and the agreement process are complete; a published profile while the grounds for publication remain valid; account data while the account is in use and grounds for processing remain valid. Additional retention is possible to meet a statutory obligation or protect rights, only to the extent necessary.
Once the purpose has been achieved or consent withdrawn, processing stops and data is deleted within the statutory period unless another lawful ground applies. Deleting browser storage does not delete cloud records or Google Forms responses; send a separate request for those.
6. Rights and enquiries
You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, cessation of processing or deletion where lawful grounds exist, withdraw consent and request an end to dissemination. Write to Na2sik2013@gmail.com, providing a contact detail or profile link that allows the record to be located. Responses and necessary actions are carried out within statutory time limits. Proportionate identity verification may be required to protect the data.
You retain the right to contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate lawful processing before withdrawal and does not stop processing on another lawful ground.
7. Publication, mailings and payments
Consent to review a questionnaire does not automatically extend to publishing photographs and contact details. Before a profile is published, separate consent is obtained for data authorised for dissemination, with an opportunity to specify restrictions. A simple “I authorise publication” checkbox without the necessary information and conditions does not replace such consent.
Advertising mailings require separate prior consent. Service emails for sign-in do not constitute a subscription to marketing mailings. Bank details are entered with the payment service; the website has no fields of its own for bank card numbers.
8. Protection and updates
Access to data must be granted only to people who need it for the stated purposes. The controller must apply proportionate organisational and technical measures and comply with legal requirements in the event of incidents. Information about service configuration and access can be requested using the contact above.
The policy is updated when processes change. The version date appears at the top of this page.
