1. About the project

These terms govern use of powercircle.life. Personal data is governed by a separate policy; reading the terms or browsing the website does not in itself constitute consent to data processing or dissemination.
2. Free access
Published articles, practices and self-guided programmes are available free of charge. Voluntary project support is not a condition of access. Some features may require an account. Information about account operation is provided in the privacy policy.
3. Nature of the materials
The materials are informational and educational. They are not diagnosis, individual medical prescriptions or psychotherapy. The website distinguishes scientific evidence, psychological methods, cultural and spiritual traditions, symbolic interpretations and subjective experience. Tarot, numerology, astrology and energy concepts are not presented as proven medical methods.
Consider the limitations of the particular practice and your own condition. Stop the practice and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, feel worse or experience significant emotional distress. Materials marked 18+ are intended for adults only.
4. Experts
The directory introduces independent authors and practitioners. Publication of a profile does not in itself confirm qualifications, a licence or the effectiveness of an approach. The user agrees consultation terms, fees, the contract and payment directly with the expert. POWER CIRCLE does not become a party to that contract unless expressly agreed otherwise separately.
5. Content and rights
You may share links to materials and quote them within the limits permitted by law, crediting the author and source. Full reproduction, commercial use and adaptation of protected materials require the rights holder’s consent, except where permitted by law.
Anyone submitting a photograph or text for publication must hold the necessary rights. Publication is agreed separately; submitting a questionnaire does not mean all responses are automatically published.
6. Voluntary support
The user chooses the support amount. Payment is processed by an external payment service under its terms. Support is not payment for a consultation and creates no promise of a personal result. Address questions about mistaken payments to the administrator and payment service; the payer’s mandatory rights remain in force.
7. Links and advertising
The website may contain links to external resources and advertising materials. External resources have their own rules. Advertising and partnership relationships are disclosed in accordance with applicable requirements; see the “Advertising and partnerships” page for details.
8. Liability and changes
Individual outcomes from practices are not guaranteed. The administrator endeavours to correct identified errors and may update materials and features. These terms do not override mandatory law or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Relationships with the administrator are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, preserving the user’s mandatory safeguards.
